How to Cook Rice Like Hotels

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of long-grain rice
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or oil
  • 1 little onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups of broth
  • 1 leaf of laurel
  • Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

Instructions :

  1. Wash the rice until the water is clear.
  2. Melt butter or heat oil in a pan. Cook the onion and garlic until they smell good.
  3. Put rice in the pot and cook until it looks a bit clear.
  4. Put in broth, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Heat until boiling.
  5. Lower the temperature, cover the pot, and let it cook gently for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes, then use a fork to separate the grains.
  7. Enjoy your rice cooked just right!
