- 4 apples, sliced
- Butter (for greasing the form)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
- 100 ml milk (1/2 cup, room temperature)
- 200 g wheat flour (1 2/3 cups)
- 10 g baking powder (2 tsp)
- A splash of vanilla extract (or vanillin for aroma)
Instructions :
Prepare the Apples:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut 4 apples into slices and set aside.
Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs with 100 g of sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add 100 ml of milk at room temperature and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine 200 g of wheat flour and 10 g of baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring continuously until well combined.
- Add a splash of vanilla extract or vanillin for aroma and mix well.
Assemble and Bake:
- Grease a baking form with butter.
- Arrange the apple slices evenly on the bottom of the greased form.
- Pour the batter over the apple slices, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve:
- Allow the apple pie to cool slightly before serving.

Can you use regular flour I don’t have wheat flour thanks
