Ingredients :
- ½ pound shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 bottle Taco Bell chipotle sauce (to taste)
- Shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 10 medium soft burrito shells
- Queso blanco (optional, for topping)
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In each burrito shell, place a small amount of shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- Fill each shell with the desired amount of shredded rotisserie chicken.
- Top with a bit of Taco Bell chipotle sauce (add more for spicier burritos).
- Roll up each burrito tightly.
- Place the rolled burritos in a greased baking dish.
- (Optional) Drizzle queso blanco on top of the burritos before baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
