Practical and Delicious Pastry Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 6 cups flour
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt

For the inner material;

  • 500 grams of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt

To grease the dough;

  • 1 cup butter or oil

Instructions :

  1. For the pastry, take the flour into a kneading bowl and make a well in the middle. Add salt to the edge of the pool.
  2. Take the water in the middle of the pool. Prepare the dough by removing flour from the edges. Create a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Cover the dough with stretch film and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the rested dough into 22 equal pieces and roll each piece with your hand. Take the melted butter or oil into a wide and deep bowl.
  4. Gently open the meringues with your hands and dip them into this bowl. Cover them with stretch film and let them rest for 1 hour.
  5. Chop the onion for the stuffing. Roast well with oil. Add the finely chopped spinach and salt to the pan. Roast on high heat for 12 minutes and remove the edge.
  6. Uncover the rested meringues. Roll it out as thinly as you can with your hands. Fold inwards from the edges and add some filling. Wrap it neither too tightly nor too loosely.
  7. Place the pastries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the pastries in the oven at 200 degrees.
