Baked Pork Chops with Potatoes

Ingredients : 

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions : 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Evenly coat both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Arrange the seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
