Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz), drained
- 1 can pinto beans (15 oz), drained
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
- Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat.
- Add the cooked beef and onion mixture to the crockpot.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, pinto beans, kidney beans, beef broth, taco seasoning, and diced potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
