Ingredients :
- 1 little cabbage, cut into small pieces.
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of powdered broth seasoning
- Half a teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Add salt according to your preference.
Instructions :
- Prepare the minced meat.
- Put the minced meat in a big pan or a large cast-iron skillet on medium heat.
- Use a wooden spoon to separate the ground beef while cooking until it turns brown.
- Cook onions and garlic in a pan with a little oil.
- Put the minced meat on one side of the pan and add the chopped onions and garlic to the other side.
- Cook the onions and garlic until they smell good and look clear, for about 2-3 minutes.
- Include tomatoes and spices.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and their liquid.
- Put in the broth powder, cumin, spicy pepper, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Mix everything together and heat the mixture until it boils.
- Cook the mixture over low heat.
- Lower the heat to medium-high and let it cook for around 5 minutes so the flavors can mix together.
- Try the mixture and add more salt or other seasonings if necessary.
- Include cabbage.
- Put the sliced cabbage in the pan and mix it with the beef and tomato mixture.
- Keep cooking, stirring from time to time, until the cabbage is soft, for approximately 10-15 minutes.
