Ingredients :
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish
Directions :
1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix together the creamy Caesar dressing, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
4. Scatter the sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
