Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 250g of flour
- 30 cl of milk
- 4 tbsp. at s. sugar
- 2 tbsp. c. baking powder
- 2 pinches of salt or fine salt
- Oil
Preparation :
- Separate whites from yellows.
- Mix the yolks with the milk.
- Adding sugar, flour, baking powder, salt also mix to you get a smooth paste.
- Beat egg whites, & fold them to the batter.
- Heat and grease a frying pan with a little oil.
- Place 2 to 3 small ladles of batter in the pan, spacing them apart.
- Continue cooking for a little less than 1 minute.
- Place them on a plate and continue cooking until the batter is used up.
- Serve hot with maple syrup and pecans.
