Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients :

  • 4 eggs
  • 250g of flour
  • 30 cl of milk
  • 4 tbsp. at s. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. c. baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt or fine salt
  • Oil

Preparation :

  1. Separate whites from yellows.
  2. Mix the yolks with the milk.
  3. Adding sugar, flour, baking powder, salt also mix to you get a smooth paste.
  4. Beat egg whites, & fold them to the batter.
  5. Heat and grease a frying pan with a little oil.
  6. Place 2 to 3 small ladles of batter in the pan, spacing them apart.
  7. Continue cooking for a little less than 1 minute.
  8. Place them on a plate and continue cooking until the batter is used up.
  9. Serve hot with maple syrup and pecans.
  10. Enjoy!
